Looking for a change to your lunch routine? Join the Create Chefs at Mondo Market, located in Stanley Marketplace, for our unique cooking demos. We’ll provide the food and drinks, and you’ll enjoy a gourmet lunch while learning new techniques.

Diego has a great sense of humor and a lot of patience. Everyone in the room learns something, from proper knife skills for the beginner to technique and time saving tricks for experienced cooks. I encourage you to take a class with him; you will learn something and have lots of fun in the process.
